This study will provide an overview of ways in which ERDF, CF, and JTF funding has been designed and programmed across the EU and will assess the expected results. It will assess the ERDF, CF and JTF intervention logics, including the European territorial cooperation goal (Interreg), providing early evidence of the funds’ effectiveness, efficiency, coherence with other policies, relevance and EU added value. It will assess what changes the new cohesion policy design brings to planned interventions as compared to the previous funding periods. It will investigate the role played by enabling conditions during programming and implementation as well as the coherence of ERDF, CF, and JTF investments with country reports and country-specific recommendations from 2019 until 2023.

The general objective of this project is to provide a robust set of representative common bird indicators for the EU in order to help improving the efficiency of conservation measures under the EU Birds Directive and to inform about the biodiversity impact of European sectoral and land use policies.

The objective of this pilot project is to build strong links between Innovation Radar innovators, European investors, and policy makers, with a view to increasing activity and interactions between these communities. The overall goal is to stimulate greater market and societal uptake of ground-breaking innovations emerging from EU-funded research and innovation programmes (such as Horizon Europe, Digital Europe programme and LIFE). The pilot project should also, by virtue of such interactions and awareness raising, aim to mobilise more European growth capital (including the raising of new funds) that explicitly target EU-funded innovators.

The 3-year study will collect data and information on EU Member States’ existing and forthcoming national and regional policies and initiatives on digitalisation of businesses, on their implementation, progress and concrete outcomes, in the context of the Digital Compass communication and policy programme. The study will help to assess the effectiveness of the national and regional measures and provide evidence substantiating a contribution to the European Semester. It will produce annual country reports for all 27 EU Member States, an annual cross-EU analysis report and a catalogue of best practices to be shared among countries.

The commissioning of external experts to prepare the studies and provide a necessary support to ten European Coordinators is necessary to ensure the coherent implementations of the European Transport Corridors and the European Maritime Space (EMS). The intention is to conclude two yearly contracts (with a possibility to extend them for another 2 years) for each of nine European Transport Corridors and one EMS. The maximum value of the contract EUR 8 990 000,00 covers a 4-year contract duration.

The subject of this call for tenders is 'Development of the Local Digital Twins (LDT) toolbox for Advancing the transformation of Smart Communities' as described in the Digital Europe work programme 2021-2022, as well as the monitoring and evaluation of the above-mentioned development. It is divided in two lots: — lot 1: development of the EU Local Digital Twins (EU LDT) toolbox for advancing the transformation of smart communities; — lot 2: monitoring, evaluation and quality review of the development of the EU Local Digital Twins (EU LDT) toolbox for advancing the transformation of smart communities.

This call for tenders is divided into two lots: — lot 1 – strategic procurement training for public buyers; — lot 2 – SME friendly strategic procurement training for central purchasing bodies (CPBs).

To contribute to better coexistence with large carnivores and ensure the long-term large carnivores’ species conservation in Europe (Habitats Directive and Biodiversity Strategy 2030). Specifically, by fostering dialogue and involvement of stakeholders as to reduce associated conflicts, and improving knowledge by collecting and disseminating relevant information and data.

The purpose of the service contract is to support the tri-partite (EU/UN/WB) work assisting third countries in order to build up their capacity to carry out RPBAs/PDNAs/PRNAs. This will primarily be achieved through provision of technical expertise. Various activities are foreseen, including deployment of experts in RPBA/PDNA/PRNA missions, provision of training and capacity building activities to national authorities and regional/international organisations, information sessions for EU entities, as well as support to strengthening the tri-partite (EU/UN/WB) cooperation as well as the internal EU coordination.
