Medical check-up services for absences for medical reasons in three geographical areas: Lot 1: Belgium – Lot 2: Luxembourg – Lot 3: France. The object of the contract is to provide the department managing medical absences with service providers to cover the needs for controlling and monitoring the absences of members of the Parliament's staff. The service provider will be responsible for carrying out the medical check-up missions decided by the European Parliament, in accordance with Articles 59 and 60 of the Staff Regulations, Articles 13 and 15 of Annex VIII to the Staff Regulations and Articles 16, 33, 91, 101, 102, 131, paragraph 5, and 135 of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Union. These controls aim exclusively to verify whether the medical absence and its expected duration are justified on the day of the medical check-up.
