The contest concerns a mini-competition for the delivery of new furniture for Søndre Borgen health centre in Asker Municipality. The value of the procurement is estimated to NOK 3 million excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The contract concerns the engineering design and construction of the new Føyka Nursery in Asker Municipality. In the first round, a contract has been signed for the partnering phase.

Cleaning in various municipal buildings, such as schools, nurseries, administration, health institutions, arts centres, and housing centres. We use the quality standard NS Insta 800:2018. See annex 1a Requirements Specification, which describe each building and the cleaning plans for each building. The contest is split into 3 districts based on geographical areas.

Turnkey contract for the planning and construction of new sports centres in Nesbru and Røyken.

Procurement of a framework agreement for pest control and controlling pests in and around the municipality's buildings and properties.

The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's need for new furniture and fittings for schools, nurseries, offices/meeting rooms, and institutions. We have factored in that Asker Municipality, depending og grants, can also use the contract for new and renovation projects. An assessment can/could be made as to whether a new contest will be held for projects where the procurement exceeds NOK 800,000

The invitation to tender applies to the delivery of an e-commerce system, including catalogue and ordering system for the Contracting authority's approx. 700 purchasers. The system shall be integrated with the accounting system UNIT4 ERP. The municipality has a separate access point agreement. The contracting authority shall have an option for an invoicing managing module, as well as option for integration to the Mercell TendSign KAV system.

The contest is for the delivery of construction and trade services, framework agreement. The framework agreement primarily involves ongoing operation and maintenance of existing buildings run by the Department of Properties. The framework agreement will be managed by the property department and is not linked to other departments within the municipality. For example, the Engineering and Construction Department is not bound by the agreement, but may use the contract if appropriate. Based on last year's consumption, the estimated annual value of the framework agreement is NOK 35,000,000 excluding VAT. The annual value will depend on financial framework terms and political decisions in general. There is great uncertainty in regards to future call-offs, and the maximum call-off value during the contract period (call-off volume) will be NOK 240,000,000 excluding VAT. Volume figures are not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority is not bound by the framework agreement for individual procurements with a value greater than NOK 15 million excluding VAT.

The purpose of the co-procurement contract is to ensure that the contracting authority has access to qualified health personnel when the contracting authority and public collaboration parties cannot cover the need themselves. The framework agreement can include all municipal entities/service locations in the health sector. the healthcare sector. Brief description of the need: We anticipate the greatest need will be for nurses and health care workers in the pending contract period. From experience, there can be a need for temporary staff throughout the yea, but there will be particular pressure during staff holidays in the summer and around Christmas time.

Sub-contract A: System for an electronic inhabitant key. Mobile based functionality is to be offered where inhabitants can unlock existing and new locks. Sub-contract B: Booking system: The municipality would like to procure a quick and user friendly self-service system for digital hire and loan of premises. The scope of both contracts is the establishment of the system, as well as further development and ongoing maintenance. Significant further development is expected, see part I of the tender documentation. The contract value is uncertain.
