NAV, the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration, the assistive aids central in Agder invites tenderers to a tender contest for transport of technical assistive aids between NAV assistive aids central in Agder and the municipal assitive aids receptions in Agder.

NAV plans to procure manual wheelchairs, propulsion units, accessories, spare parts, and services. The aim of the procurement is to establish an assortment of products, with a breadth that covers the majority of the needs of the relevant users. The procurement is divided into lots.

The procurement will include different types of mattress toppers and mattresses with pressure ulcer prevention properties, as well as related accessories and spare parts and a service for preparation for reuse. The procurement is split into lots for the best possible coverage of the users' needs. Some of the lots have requirements for the reuse preparation service. The estimated total value of the procurement (combined value of the estimated value of all lots) is given. The maximum total value per lot can be up to 40% higher than the estimated total value of the lot.

The purpose of the procurement is to establish a range of cycles with and without auxiliary motors and stabilising wheels for two-wheeled cycles with a breadth that covers the majority of the needs of the actual users, as well as to facilitate the testing, adaptation, and repair of the products. An estimate has been given for the total value for the procurement. The maximum total value per lot can be up to 40% higher than the estimated total value.

The Directorate of Labour and Welfare invites tenderers to a limited tender contest in connection with the procurement of parallel framework agreements for consultancy services. The contracts will cover the need for competence that the Contracting Authority does not have access to in its own agency at any given time, or where there is a need for extra capacity. The contracts can also be used for external quality assurance. The contract is for the Norwegian Directorate of Labour and Welfare [Arbeids- og velferdsdirektoratet]. Other NAV entities (government part) have an option to use the contract. Entities exercising their option within a lot (area of expertise) are obligated to make a call-off on the framework agreements within the same lot (area of expertise) if additional needs for consultancy services arise during the term of the Contract. The maximum value per lot (area of expertise) is 25% over the estimated total value.

The procurement will be made as two separate lots: - Lot 1 Learning (LMS) - Lot 2 System for competence and employee development Tenderers can submit requests to participate in either Lot 1 or Lot 2, or for both lots. The objective of all labour market training courses is that they shall contribute to the job applicants being qualified for vacant positions. The service shall provide the target group training/qualifications for the stated subject area. The objective of the course is that the participants shall achieve permanent employment in the health service by formalising his or her health worker competence. The course must provide the participants support in the process of achieving authorisation and/or licence as health personnel. The course shall primarily be aimed at minority language jobseekers who need to strengthen their formal competence for employment as health personnel.
