(2) The Bid Processing Fees & Emd Section (preliminary Stage) And Eligibility Section (technical Stage) Will Be Opened On The Specified Date & Time In Presence Of The Committee Members And Representatives Of The Bidders Who Choose To Attend. Commercial Bid Of Technically Qualified Bidders Are Open After Evaluating Technical Bid. There Representative Will Be Held Responsible For All Commitments Made On Behalf Of The Bidder And That Will Be Considered Valid For All Further Dealings Related To This Tender Process.
