Details: BOQ ITEMS: Operation and daily basis maintenance Servicing of Split ACs Window ACs Tower Type ACs Water Coolers ROs and all related Parts and accessories of regarding Installations by engaging following minimum man power AC Mechanic- Skilled - 02 Nos. Helper- Un Skilled - 02 Nos. (Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off and Holiday) (1. Contractor has to depute the above required staffs on all days including weekly offs and holidays.) 2. Contractor has to provide Reliever on Weekly Offs and Holidays of above required staffs) , All inclusive Comprehensive repair and maintenance Contract of 1.5TR and 2TR capacity wall mounted Split type Air Conditioner unit (inverter type) working on Refrigerant R-32 and R-410A, including repair and replacement of compressor,PCB card, copper refrigerant piping,drain piping,control cabling, providing and top up refrigerant, providing and refixing of insulation etc(Complete as required on the site for proper operation of Air Conditioner and All materials for replacement and rewinding to be arranged by Contractor) - Rates shall be quoted for 02 Years for Each Unit, All inclusive Comprehensive repair and maintenance Contract of 3TR and 4TR capacity Tower type Air Conditioner unit working on Refrigerant R-32 and R-410A, including repair and replacement of compressor, PCB card, copper refrigerant piping,drain piping,control cabling, providing and top up refrigerant, providing and refixing of insulation etc(Complete as required on the site for proper operation of Air Conditioner and All materials for replacement and rewinding to be arranged by Contractor) - Rates shall be quoted for 02 years for Each Unit, All inclusive Comprehensive repair and maintenance Contract of existing Water Cooler of Cooling capacity 40 LPH to 60 LPH, Storage capacity upto 120 Ltrs, (including existing RO and UV (RO capacity upto 60 LPH) along with water Cooler) including repair and replacement of Compressor, all filters, membrane, pipes, taps, sockets, Cabling etc, providing and top up refrigerant, including plumbing works (Complete as required on the site for proper operation of Water Cooler and RO and UV. All materials for replacement and rewinding to be arranged by Contractor) - Rates shall be quoted for 02 years for Each Unit, Supply of required size copper pipe for suction and delivery line with all accessories suitable for 1.5TR and 2TR capacity split type ACs including Control cabling etc complete as per site requirement. (Make-bearing ISI Mark)- as and when required, Supply of condensate water drain pipe bearing ISI mark made of PVC having suitable size for 1.5TR and 2TR Split type AC units including necessary clamps, screws, supports, etc complete as per requirement - as and when required, Shifting of existing 1.5 Ton and 2 Ton Split Air Conditioners inverter type ( including dismantling & re-Installation, testing and Commissioning) including dismantling and refixing of metal structure stand suitable for outdoor and indoor unit, refrigerant piping, power cabling, control cabling, providing sufficient insulation on refrigerant piping and all other accessories required for re- installation of Air Conditioner, makeup interconnection, providing & top up refrigerant, painting including all necessary civil works for re-installation of indoor, outddor, drain piping, cabling etc. (complete as required on the site for proper operation of Air Conditioner) - as and when required, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of new 1.5 Ton and 2 Ton Split inverter type Air Conditioner including fixing of metal structure stand suitable for outdoor and indoor unit, refrigerant piping, power cabling, control cabling, providing sufficient insulation on refrigerant piping and all other accessories required for installation of Air Conditioner, makeup interconnection, providing and top up refrigerent, painting including all necessary civil works for installations of indoor, outddor, refrigerant piping, drain piping, cabling etc. (complete as required on the site for proper operation of Air Conditioner) - as and when required, Execution of Items of Work as per CPWD DSR (E and M) 2022 with upto date specification for amount of Rs. 2,00,000.00 (including GST) as and when required during contract period of 02 years. Note - The quoted rate shall be converted into percentage above OR below to the total amount of Rs. 2,00,000.00 (including GST). Rates for the items under DSR shall be taken as under Example - If rate of an item as per DSR 2022 is Rs.100.00 (including GST) and contractor is quoting Rs. 90,000.00 against Rs. 1,00,000.00 i.e. 10 percent below, it means Rs.90.00 (including GST) shall be paid for that item against Rs.100.00 (as per DSR-2022 with GST).
