Rates for the items under DSR shall be taken as under Example - If rate of an item as per DSR 2022 is Rs.100.00 (including GST) and contractor is quoting Rs. 90,000.00 against Rs. 1,00,000.00 i.e. 10 percent below, it means Rs.90.00 (including GST) shall be paid for that item against Rs.100.00 (as per DSR-2022 with GST).
