Purchaser Is Strictly Advised To Personally Visit The Site From The Point Of Delivery/loading Of Rails Before Bidding. Only Measured Rails Mentioned In Ss-11 And R/m & D.o. Qty. As Per D.o. To Be Delivered. Fist Plates/joggle Fish Plates/glued Joints And Other Fittings Are To Be Returned To The Stockholder. Stack-3 - 4 Nos Rails Of 52 Kg And In Stack 4 - 6 Nos Of 52 Kg Rails Are In Stack Not In Lot And Not To Be Delivered. Stacks Are On Dn Road And Middle Between Up & Dn Line. Loading Point Is On Up Road. Delivery Involves Lifting Of Rails Manually/hydra And Crossing Of One/two Main Lines. All Precaution/care To Be Taken While Loading Of Rails By Hydra/labour. The Purchaser Shall Be Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage To Any Other Railway Property/facility/equipments Whether Due To His Negligence Or Otherwise. The Purchaser Shall Be Responsible If There Is Any Interference With The Railway Working Due To His Negligence Or Otherwise. The Purchaser Will Be Responsible For The Safety Of His Labours And Other Staff While Cutting And Loading Of Rails Etc. Lot Is Ok For Sale On Above Observations.
