Purchaser Are Allowed To Dig, Segregate The Item, Cut The Ferrous Scrap Lying On Ground And Buried Under The Debris/heap/soil (up To 2 Feet Deep From The Nominal Ground Level Through Jcb/excavator Etc.), Segregate The Material From P.way Item E.g. Sleeper And Rails And To Lift The Rest Scrap Material. Purchasers Have To Collect And Dispose Material From The Location In Same Order, I.e.
