Details: Description:- Providing Services For Day To Day Running Operation, Routine Maintenance & Preventive maintenance Of Pump Sets, Dg Set All Electrical Installations Such As Light Points, Fans Points, Exhaust fan Points, Call Bell Points, Light/ Power Plug Points, All Electrical Fitings & Fixtures I/c Sub- Station With associated Accessories And Equipments, Control Panel, Edbs/ Sdbs, Feeder Pillar, Compound Lights, repairing Of Defective Parts Of Above Installation And Cleaning, Oiling Greasing I/c Rectification Of Faults i/c Connections, Interconnections I/c Carring Out Preventive Maintenance I.e. Insulation Test, Earth test, Polarity Tests, Checking And Filling Of Distilled Water Etc. Of Complete Installation And Keeping The all Installation Neat And Clean Always And Maintaining All Relevant Log Books For Each System Etc. As reqd. On All Working Days I/c Sunday & Holidays By Providing Following Minimum Multi Disciplined E&m staff /workman As Per Duty Chart Prepared By Site Incharge And As Per Terms & Conditions . ( 1 Nos highly Skilled +1 Nos Skilled +2 Nos Semi Skilled+2 Nos Unskilled Persons ) With Weekly Rest Required at Each Station In As Per Required Shifts Of Eight Hours ) (availability Of Staff As Requirement Is For 24x7 hour) Note: Please Quote The Rate Either Above Or At Par For Schedule - 1.
