Details: Construction of BARRAGES AND CAUSEWAY across KSHIPRA RIVER AND IT'S TRIBUTORY on turnkey basis comprising of all type of excavation for overflow Body wall, Wing walls, Return walls, Key walls, wing walls apron, flanks protection, nalla training (if any) including providing and laying in foundation anchor bars/dowel bars laying steel in position bending and binding with binding wire with all types of reinforced and plain cement concrete with design mix for Barrage foundation/superstructure of project including review of survey additional survey required, planning, hydrological and structural designs estimation, preparation of construction drawings as per departmental circulars and relevant IS codes and their technical approval from competent authority including design/drawing and getting approval and erection Shutter gate in the Body wall of Barrage. It also includes construction of all other necessary civil, works as per approved drawings, including cost of all materials, machinery, Labour, formwork, centering, scaffolding, cleaning providing mortar layer joints, mixing, placing in position leveling, vibrating, finishing and disposing off the excess excavated materials at directed place, curing etc, complete with all leads and lifts for all materials and Providing D/S and U/S 22 cm Thick grouted stone pitching including 15cm picked up boulder spalls under pitching at both side of River / nalla bank slop etc complete as per approved design drawing and specification of MPWRD and as directed by engineer in charge.

Details: - Detailed Topographical Survey of Roads (Existing as well as new) including Preparation of Detailed Project Reports for Construction /Upgradation of Existing Roads and New Roads in the territorial jurisdiction of R&B Division Lolab. The work includes Preparation of X-sections and L-section as per the directions of the engineer incharge (25m X-section Interval for New roads and 50m X-section interval for existing roads), Geomterical design, Structural roads, Bridges and allied works of R&B construction division Lolab including vetting of Drawings from IIT/NIT/DIQC (wherever applicable)

Details: Engagement of Heritage consultant for preparation of DPR and obtaining approval from West Bengal Heritage Commission over prepared DPR including diagnostic survey, preparation of working drawing, specification and BOQ, providing technical guidance during execution, issue of completion certificate after execution, supply of relevant structural drawings along with design calculation sheet, documentation of different part of execution both in still photography and videography in connection with the “Becon Banlow” at Gosabe Block during the year 2024-25.
