Remarks:- (1) Dismantling Of The Above Quarters Will Be Done By The Purchaser At His Own Cost And Risk And Without Causing Any Loss To Any Railway Property. Dismantling To Be Done Below Plinth Level, I.e. Up To Ground Level. While Dismantling Explosive Should Not Be Used. All The Debris, Unserviceable Materials To Be Cleared From Site To Outside Railway Land By The Purchaser.
