This Contract Follows a Previous Consultation Under Reference 24s016mo, Which Was the Subject of a Contract Notice Published on June 24, 2024 and a Rectifying Contract Notice Published on July 1, 2024, Concerning the Technical Maintenance Services of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Equipment of Various Buildings in the City of Nîmes, Comprising 6 Lots and At the End of Which Lot 1 (School Groups) and Lot 6 (Swimming Pools and Swimming Pools) Were Declared Without Further Action. This Consultation Therefore Relates to the Relaunch of These 2 Lots

Call for Projects - Call for Competition for the Conclusion of a Construction Lease Promise for Sector Bc5 (lot A) of Nîmes-Grande Provence Méditerranée Airport - Applications Phase

This Contract Is Awarded According to an Open Call for Tenders Procedure, Pursuant to Articles R2124-2-1°, R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The Services Are the Subject of a Framework Agreement Giving Rise to the Conclusion of Subsequent Contracts Awarded Pursuant to Article R2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code. Pursuant to Article R2162-4-3 of the Same Code, the Framework Agreement Is Concluded for an Initial Period of One Year and, Where Applicable, for Three Renewal Periods of One Year Each, Without a Minimum Amount and With a Maximum Amount of EUR 500,000 Excl. Tax Per Period, with Several Economic Operators (3 Maximum, Subject to a Sufficient Number of Admissible Offers). Subsequent Contracts Resulting from This Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded in Application of Articles R2162-7 to R2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code. The Services Subject to This Contract Will Be Settled by Applying the Unit Prices of the Bpu to the Quantities Actually Executed. The Prices Contained in the Unit Price Schedule (bpu) of the Framework Agreement Are Ceiling Prices; They Are Contractual for the Entire Duration of the Framework Agreement.
