Each Competition Will Have Information On What Type Of Products Are To Be Delivered, And Tenderers Must Themselves Assess Whether They Can Meet The Requirements In The Procurement In Such A Way That They Can Submit A Tender. The Contracting Authority Can Choose To Split The Procurement In Each Competition Into Groups/categories If It Is Deemed Appropriate. The Contracting Authority Wants A System That Covers Our Need For Transport, And Safeguard The Regional And Local Instructions For Reducing The Climate And Environmental Impacts.
