1) The subject of the Order is the "ecological and educational Plac Przy Ul. Raspberry in Rumia. 2) The scope of the Subject of the Order includes land development at ul. Malinowa in Rumia, including: A) Stage I including leveling the land, removing impurities and debris, construction of a path made of mineral aggregate with a width of 1.5 M and 2 M (area of 318 M2) and a steel edging (405 Mb), B) Stage Ii Including the execution of plantings, in particular: - planting of plants (shrubs, perennials, grasses, bulbs) - 1962 pcs., - planting of trees - 97 pcs., - establishment of a sown lawn - 1346.5 m2, - execution of a raised flowerbed from the Palisade O 60 cm high measured from the ground (37.7 Mb) - made of light gray cobblestones (thickness 6 cm, surface - rough, cobblestone without a bevel, hydrophobized) of a hardened surface for bicycle racks (area 24.5 m2) and under benches, - execution of edging made of cobblestones in light gray color (thickness 6 cm, surface - rough, cobblestone without a phase, hydrophobized) separating flowerbeds from the grassy surface - 347 Mb, - spreading agrotextile under the plantings and mulching the plantings with finely ground bark and granite grit, Execution of elements of small architecture, in particular: - Field games - 6 pcs., - Photo-wall - 1 pcs., - Waste basket - 4 pcs., - Table with two seats - 2 pcs., - Bench - 10 pcs., - Bicycle stand - 6 pcs., - Feeders for bags for dog excrement - 3 pcs., - Irrigation project and its implementation after approval by the Employer, - Fence made of steel elements and 2 wickets - 36 Mb. 3) The detailed scope of the Subject of the Order, the conditions for its implementation and the Contractor's obligations are specified in the Annexes: A) Description of the Subject of the Order - Annex A to the Swz, B) Technical Documentation - Annex B to the Swz, C) Template of the Agreement - Annex No. 9 to the Swz.
