Subject of the procurement Camera. The documents required for participation and the applicable conditions are stored in the project room on the Brandenburg procurement marketplace. After the participation period has expired, all companies that have submitted an application to participate and are suitable will receive a separate invitation to submit an offer. In the current phase of the procedure, no offer is yet required.

The subject of the procedure is the procurement of a PCR thermocycler, preferably a Biometra Tadvanced Twin 48 G, 230V, or an equivalent type. The device serves as a replacement for a defective device. The PCR thermocycler must have the following specifications/parameters: - Aluminium block for 2 x 48 x 0.2 ml vessels or 2 x 6 x 8-well 0.2 ml strips, - Sample volume 5 - 70 μl, - Temperature gradient of maximum 20°C over 8 rows of blocks, - Average heating rate at least 5.0 °C/s, - Average cooling rate at least 4.0 °C/s, - High control accuracy of +/- 0.1°C, - Twin blocks can be controlled independently of one another (double blocks), - Lid temperature between at least. 35 and max. 120°C, - Temperature range block: 4 °C - 105 °C, - Incl. instructions and software, - Including all parts/materials required for operation as well as a ready-to-use handover of the PCR thermocycler. Free return of the defective old device, delivery "free to place of use", to the room of application.
