Details: Pkp Linia Hutnicza Szerokotorowa Sp. Z O.O. in Zamość requests to send a price offer for the supply of the products mentioned in the proceedings. By joining the Procedure, the Tenderer accepts the following Conditions: Unit Price Includes Transport Costs. Validity Period of the Offer is a minimum of 14 Days from the end of the Procedure. Required Delivery to the warehouse group in Zamość Bortatycze (22-400 Zamość, Wysokie 3) Required Payment Date: 30 days from receipt of the invoice and goods. Required Warranty Min. 12 Months. The submission of variant offers is not allowed. The Ordering Party reserves the right to invalidate the procedure without giving reasons. The detailed terms and conditions of the order are included in the order form attached as Annex 1 to the procedure. Contractors joining this procedure undertake to familiarize themselves with the information on non-breaking and non-circumvention of sanctions provisions (Appendix No. 2 to Proceedings). When submitting an offer, you must attach a completed and signed attachment to the submitted offer. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of offering goods whose sale could violate or circumvent the sanctions regulations introduced in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine. When submitting an offer, the Contractor is obliged to indicate the goods that come from Russia or are exported from Russia, including the Cn code of these goods, if he plans to supply such goods when executing the order. As part of the implementation of the project, there will be reconstruction of the bridge object and the related section of communication Iii. Classes. As part of the construction event, the existing bridge structure will be almost completely demolished. The New Bridge Facility Will Be Built In The Position Of The Existing Structure. Part of the reconstruction of the bridge is the sewer line. The Bridge Is Designed As A One-Span Integral Frame Structure With A Prestressed Concrete Frame Girder With A Bridge Span Of 15.2 MA And A Span Of 14.0 M. The Frame Stands Are Supported On The Foundations Via Notched Joints. Micropilot heads are woven into the foundations. Wings Are Parallel, Suspended. The Transition Area Is Solved Without A Transition Plate. The converted traffic is one-way with a one-way sidewalk on the right, category Mo1 3.25/5.25/30 according to Čsn 73 6110. The width of the roadway on the bridge is 3.25 m, the width of the walking part of the sidewalk is 1.5 m. The width between the railings is 5 .25 M. The total width of the bridge is 5.75 M. The bridge object was designed for the corresponding traffic intensity. Construction does not create new Protection Zones and Protected Areas. The Bridge Is Designed For The Traffic Load Defined In Čsn En 1991-2 Including Amendment Z3, Group Of Land Communications 2. Part Of The Construction Event Is The Renewal Of Local Communications To The Most Necessary Scope. The total length of the road modification is 42.31 m + 17.0 m. The construction of the bridge will lead to the construction of a new footpath in front of the bridge with a connection to the municipal footpath along road Iii/36021. In the area behind the bridge, the walkway ends with a connection to local transport.

Subject of the Order The subject of the Order is the performance of a warranty inspection of a Skoda Octavia vehicle with a mileage of 130,000 km in accordance with the vehicle's service book.
