It is part of the nationwide healthcare group Agaplesion Gag, which brings together a large number of facilities in various areas of healthcare and nursing throughout Germany under its roof and operates them through subsidiaries. The contracting authority coordinates the award of the framework agreement for a total of up to 22 units consisting of hospitals and other group companies, each of which enters into the framework agreement as a client (hereinafter the "respective client") and is called up from it if necessary. In the present case, the contracting authority, as representative of the clients, intends to procure the hardware through a uniform award procedure for all clients. The contracting authority reserves the right to remove individual hospitals from the contract or to add new ones. For this purpose, it is intended to conclude a framework agreement with a contractor with an initial term of 36 months. The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the contract in whole or in part for a further twelve (12) months in accordance with procurement law. The contracting authority expressly reserves the right to extend the contract beyond this. This depends on various factors that cannot be estimated at the current time. There may be deviations in relation to the delivery location of the hardware. The deviation between the billing address and the delivery address always results from the respective individual call-off. The call-off will be made by means of an individual order to the successful bidder. The term of each individual order is again 36 months. An extension is possible within the framework of the applicable funding and procurement law. Procurement is product-specific. The following will be put out to tender: - HP Pro 400 Mini; - HP Probook 460, 16” notebook (460 series); - HP Elitebook 640, 14” notebook (640 series) and - HP Elitebook 840, 14” notebook (840 series). Quantity can be found in the tender documents. Please note that the contracting authority will purchase the majority of the quantities to be offered immediately, may optionally purchase an unspecified proportion within 90 days of the award of the contract (binding price information must be provided in the price sheet for this) and may optionally purchase an unspecified number of units after 90 days. Price information must also be provided for this. The details can be found in the tender documents. Relevant contracts are attached to the tender documents. They are based on the standards of the Evb-it contracts. Deviating conditions from the bidder are not permitted.
