The subject of the procurement is the renovation and expansion of the Rusko Municipal Office Building at Vanhatie 5, 21290 Rusko. The work includes construction work in full accordance with the plans, which are specified and delivered in the final request for tender. The form of the contract is planned to be a lump sum contract. The contract includes demolition work, new construction and renovation. The completed building will house the Rusko Municipal Hall and the library. The renovation of the fire station is an option, the implementation of which is not yet certain.
