The Dpwh – Ilocos Norte First District Engineering Office, Through The Gaa 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 4,899,819.09 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For 25aa0100: Flood Management Program - Construction/maintenance Of Flood Mitigation Structures And Drainage Systems - Construction Of Sabo Dam, Barangay Estancia, Piddig, Ilocos Norte, Phase Ii Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dpwh – Ilocos Norte First District Engineering Office Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 33 Calendar Days.
