Notice of Order Construction Works Renovation of the bullet trap on the AW axis of Building No. 112 on the premises of the Police Training Center in Legionowo

The subject of the order is a lease from telecommunications operators of a digital telecommunications link for the Police Kennel Club, the Police Training Center in Sułkowice.

1. Replacing the floor covering in rooms located on the ground floor of Building No. 3 - Student Dormitory Located on the premises of the Police Training Center in Legionowo. 2. The full scope of Works has been included in the Functional and Utility Program, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Swz. 3. All built-in devices and construction products should have appropriate approvals or certificates. 4. The Contractor is obliged to perform the Order on the terms and conditions described in the Essential Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 11 to the Swz. 5. The Contractor declares that he has at his disposal persons who will participate in the performance of the contract, having the necessary authorizations in accordance with the Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law, fully allowing for the implementation of the subject of the contract. 6. The Ordering Party recommends making a site inspection of the Facility. The date of the inspection should be agreed with the representative of the Department of Investments and Repairs, Tel. (47) 725 58 98. 7. The Awarding Entity does not allow the Submission of Variants. 8. The Ordering Party allows entrusting the performance of part of the Order to a Subcontractor. 9. The Ordering Party demands that the Contractor indicate in the offer the parts of the Order which he will entrust to subcontractors, and provide the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known, according to of Appendix No. 8 to the Swz. 10. Pursuant to Art. 95 Sec. 1 of the Act requires the Contractor to employ, on the basis of an employment contract, persons performing activities within the scope of the Order, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 Para. 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, of 2021, item 1162, of 2022, item 655). 11. The Ordering Party requires employment on the basis of an employment relationship of at least two persons in accordance with Art. 95 of the Act, who will perform the indicated activities during the execution of the Order. 12. During the execution of construction works covered by this Agreement, the Ordering Party is entitled to perform control activities towards the Contractor regarding the Contractor's compliance with the requirement to employ persons performing the activities indicated in the above point under the Employment Agreement. The Ordering Party is entitled in particular to: A) Request declarations and documents in the scope of confirmation of compliance with the above. Requirements and their assessment, B) Requesting clarifications in case of doubts regarding the confirmation of compliance with the above. Requirements, C) Carrying out inspections at the place of performance of the service. 13. Failure by the Contractor to submit the evidence requested by the Employer within the time limit set by the Employer in order to confirm the Contractor's fulfillment of the requirement of employment under the Employment Agreement will be treated as failure by the Contractor to meet the requirement of employment under the Employment Agreement for persons performing the activities indicated in the above point. 14. In the event of justified doubts as to the Contractor's compliance with the Labor Law, the Ordering Party may request an inspection by the National Labor Inspectorate. 15. Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Act, the Contracting Authority may cancel the Contract Award Proceedings if the Public Funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance the whole or part of the Contract have not been awarded to it. 16. The Ordering Party informs that in the event of circumstances related to the occurrence of Covid-19 that affect or may affect the proper performance of the subject of the Agreement, the Agreement may be amended. 17. The Ordering Party stipulates that the total value of the Order may not exceed the funds available for this purpose. 18. Completion of construction works will take place on the date proposed in the Offer, no later than October 30, 2023 - the date of completion is one of the criteria for evaluating the Offers. 1.
