this Project Will Provide A Storage And Light Maintenance Facility To Store And Maintain Snow Removal Equipment. This Storage Facility Is Approximately 60,000 Sf With Space To Perform General Vehicle Maintenance. The Project Also Includes Ground Support Equipment (gse) Paving. This Project Also Includes Demolition Of Approximately 80,000 Sf Of Existing Facilities. Supporting Facilities Include Providing Liquid Storage Tanks, Generator, And Fuel Storage Tanks.

Details: The Contractor Shall Provide All Services, Including Materials, Labor And Installation Required For The Complete Removal And Replacement Of A Four (4) Bay Self-service Car Wash System Located At Subase Kings Bay.
work Shall Include But Is Not Limited To The Following:
1. Site Investigation: The Contractor Shall Provide And Perform All Necessary Siteinvestigation And Utility Locates (including, But Not Limited To, Sub-surface Utility “pot Holing”)as Required To Complete The Project. All Site Investigation Activities Shall Be Coordinatedwith Appropriate Installation Personnel Through The Point Of Contact (poc).
2. Materials: The Contractor Shall Provide All Materials, Equipment And Fixtures, Including Allrequired Accessories, Necessary To Produce A Complete And Useable Facility. Additionally,the Contractor Is Responsible For All Material Handling, Staging, Delivery/transportation,receipt Confirmation, Loading/unloading Of All Materials, Including Any Lifting Equipmentrequired, During All Phases Of Work.
3. Disposal: The Contractor Is Responsible For The Disposal Of All Waste Materials Generatedas Part Of This Project And Shall Remove All Waste And Equipment To An Offsite Area. Alland Laydown Area Will Be Designated For The New Equipment And Disposal Containers.also, The Contractor Shall Clean Up The Work Site Daily To The Satisfaction Of The Poc.
4. Demolition: The Contractor Shall Remove All Materials Not Required For The Operation Of Theproposed Systems Within All Four (4) Existing Car Wash Bays And Supporting Spaces, Whileretaining All Code Required Items. The Existing Self-service Multi-pressure Car Washsystem Including Water Hoses And Plumbing Lines, All Existing Bay Controls And Meters,and All Existing 360 Degree And 180 Degree Pressure Booms. The Contractor Shall Removethe Existing Bill Changer And Dispose Of As Stated Above. The Contractor Shall Also Removeand Dispose Of All Existing Operational Wall Signage, And All Wall Accessories Typical For Allfour (4) Bays.
5. Renovation: The Contractor Shall Furnish Install A New Self-service Multi-pressure Carwash System. The New Self-service Car Wash System Shall Include All New Hoses Andplumbing Lines To Support The New System. The System Shall Include The Minimum Of Thefollowing Functions:

The Contractor Shall Furnish And Install Four (4) New 360-degree Pressurespray Wand Booms And Any Attachments Needed To Connect To The Existing System Supplypiping Within Each Wash Bay As Required. The Contactor Shall Install Four (4) New 180-degree Foam Conditioner Booms And Any Attachments Needed To Connect To The Existingsystem Supply Piping Within Each Wash Bay As Required.
8. Renovation: The Contractor Shall Furnish And Install In All Four (4) Bays The Followingaccessories:

the National Cemetery Administration (nca) Contracted This 33.6-acre Cemetery Expansion Project To Increase Burial Capacity Of Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery (jbnc) To Serve Veterans In The St. Louis Area. This Cemetery Expansion Project Identified On New Land. The Proposed Development Will Provide Continued Service To An Estimated Fiscal Year (fy) 2024 Veteran Population Of Approximately 208,000 Within A 75-mile Service Area. This Proposed Development Will Provide An Additional 15 Years Of Continued Burial Service To A Veteran Population Who Has Been Served By This National Cemetery Since 1827.
this Project Will Provide For An Additional 15-year Inventory Of The More Efficient Casketed, Double-depth, Pre-placed Crypts Before Depletion Of The Current Inventory, And Extend The Full Range Of Burial Options Until Fy 2044, As Well As Provide Several Nominal Cemetery Operational And Infrastructure Improvements Within The Older Cemetery Grounds.

the Base Bid Work Of This Contract Includes Phased Requirements. These Phases Are Referred To As Eto And Remainder Of The Work. The Eto Shall Be Completed Within The Established Time Frame Indicated In The Contract. Completion Of The Eto Work Will Follow Procedures Like Those For Final Completion And Acceptance, With The Facilities Within The Eto Being Completed And Turned Over To The Cemetery For Use To Begin Operation Of The Cemetery While The Remaining Work Is Completed. While The Work Of The Eto Is Being Performed, Work For The Remainder Of The Project Can Also Be Performed.

b-21 Munitions Maintenance (muns Mx), Ellsworth Air Force Base (eafb), South Dakota (sd).
project Will Construct A New Single-story Maintenance (mx) Storage Facility. Structure Will Consist Of Strip Footings, Load Bearing Insulated Precast Concrete Walls, Steel Trusses And Roof Deck. Roof Will Be A Standing Seam Metal Roofing System With Plywood Underlayment. Interior Partitions Will Be Concrete Insulated Panels, Precast Concrete, And Metal Stud With Gypsum Board. Metal Stud Walls May Contain Sound Deadening Membrane As Applicable To Occupancy Requirements. Facility Will Include Approximately 929 Sm Of Storage, Approximately 315 Sm For Maintenance And Approximately 325 Sm For Administration Purposes Along With Other Requirements For Mechanical, Electrical, And Communications Rooms. Building 88020 Is Currently Unoccupied, Has A Footprint Of 681 Sm And Will Be Demolished For This Project.

Facilities Will Be Designed As Permanent Construction In Accordance With The Dod Unified Facilities Criteria (ufc) 1-200-01, General Building Requirements And Ufc 1-200-02, High Performance And Sustainable Building Requirements. Each Facility Must Be Compatible With Applicable Dod, Air Force, Aircraft, And Base Design Standards. In Addition, Sustainable (green) Construction Materials And Techniques Shall Be Used Where Cost Effective And/or Where Specified. This Project Will Comply With Department Of Defense Antiterrorism/force Protection Requirements Per Unified Facilities Criteria 4-010-01.
