Development of Design Documentation Together with Authorial Supervision of the Construction of Forest Roads in the Myślenice Forest District

The subject of the Order is the renovation of the building at ul. Kochanowskiego 30 in Tarnów - Stage I. The scope of Renovation Works will include: - Construction Works, - Demolition Works, - Earthworks, - Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Works, - Damp and Water Insulation, - Assembly of Steel Structures, - Bricklaying and Masonry Works, - Lightweight Walls, - Execution of Floors And Finishing Floors And Walls, - Plumbing And Sanitary Installation Works, - Finishing Construction Works, Other. The detailed scope of the Works has been included in the "Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works" - Annex No. 8 To Swz And In "Bills of Quantities" - Attachment No. 9 To Swz. The contractor of the works is responsible for the quality of their execution and for their compliance with the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of the works, bill of quantities, construction law, technical knowledge and applicable construction standards and regulations. Expenditures of labour, materials and equipment in analogous items of the offer cost estimate should be accepted as indicated by the Employer in the Investor's Bill of Quantities. The Contractor shall provide the Employer with a "Good Performance Guarantee" - ("Good Performance Guarantee" - constituting an Annex to the Agreement), for the period in accordance with the selection indicated in the Second Criterion (swz Chapter Xx).
