The tendered service is the following partial services of the overall service: The execution is planned building by building and section by section: - Commandant's house: repairs to the historical roof structure and the interior of the building, repair of the half-timbered facade: repairs and renewal of the half-timbered fields - Corporal's house: addition to an existing ceiling structure - Well house: repairs to the historical roof structure, repair of the historical, wooden "well impeller" - Keep: repairs to a wooden staircase - Guard room-gate house: repairs to the historical roof structure Lv includes, among other things: - Approx. 5.5m³ of construction timber - Oak from secondary use - Approx. 1m³ of softwood - Approx. 155m of joinery - Approx. 454m of planks, floorboards, timbers (nh) - Disposal of old wood - Approx. 50 pieces of wood repairs: crossings, tenons, partial replacement with lamellas, tab additions, "false tenons", strengthen existing connections (replace wooden nails, etc.). - Repair approx. 125m² of half-timbered facade: removal of aerated concrete fillings, including disposal, re-brick fields with clay bricks (including 3-edge strips). - Approx. 190m² of floor insulation on top floor ceiling with 12cm wood fiber insulation mats, including walkways.
