1. The subject of the Order is: Reconstruction of the access and descent to Beach No. 2 at the Neptun Castle in Łeba. 2. The works should be carried out on the basis of: - Design Documentation entitled "Reconstruction of the Entrance to the Beach No. 2 in Łeba" Taking into account the Replacement Design, Made by Navpro Sp. Z OO, Ul. Myśliwska 21/6, 80-126 Gdańsk - Design Documentation Pn. "Reconstruction of the Access to the Beach No. 2 in Łeba", Made by Navpro Sp. Z OO, Ul. Myśliwska 21/6, 80-126 Gdańsk - Studies of the Greenery Project regarding the land development at ul. Sosnowa (in the Area of Access to the Descent No. 2), made by Studio Projektowania Ogrodów A2, ul. Komuny Paryskiej 35c, 84-300 Lębork, the above documentation constituting Appendix No. 8 to this Swz. The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications for the Works Execution and Acceptance and the Description of the Subject of the Order contained in the Swz cover the entire Investment Task. In the event of occurrence of Proper Names in any item of the Subject of the Order, the Ordering Party allows the use of Equivalent Solutions. The Employer allows the inclusion in the Offer and then the incorporation of equivalent solutions consisting in the use of other materials and devices than those specified in the Design Documentation, provided that all parameters are not worse than those specified in this Documentation. In such a situation, the Employer requires, pursuant to Art. 101 Sec. 5 of the Public Procurement Law, to submit relevant documents to authenticate the equivalence of these materials and devices. Complex Ww. The documents will be assessed by the author of the design documentation, who will prepare an appropriate opinion. This opinion will be the basis for the Ordering Party's decision to accept or reject the offer due to the "inequivalence" of the proposed Equivalent Solutions. In the event that the Contractor fails to submit documents regarding the use of other materials and devices in the offer, it is understood that the calculation of the offer price includes the materials and devices proposed in the Design Documentation. The term "parameters" is understood as the functionality, purpose, colors, structure, type of material, shape, size, safety, strength and other parameters assigned to individual materials and devices in the Design Documentation. The word "or Equivalent" shall be added to all Names, Trademarks, Patents or Origins indicated in the Design Documentation. All provisions of the Swz should be considered together with the technical description contained in the Design Documentation. In a situation where the requirements in SPW exceed the requirements contained in the Standards, the provisions contained in SPZ apply. The Contractor will be obliged to provide the Construction Site with electricity and water, as well as collect waste and waste, at his own expense and with his own efforts. In the case of using the Employer's connections, the Contractor is obliged to install its own meters at each water and electricity consumption point, document their readings and provide them to the Employer before the commencement of works. The Contractor is obliged to secure the Demolition Materials in such a way that they can be used for reuse. In particular, this applies to curbs, paving stones, tiles, road markings. The Contractor is obliged to submit the resulting Material in a protocol, taking into account its type and quantity. Before disposing of any demolition material, the Purchaser should be asked whether it is needed for reuse. The Contractor shall provide the Site Service: Site Manager in the hydrotechnical industry and Works Managers in the relevant industries. The Contractor is obliged to deliver and assemble (including execution, as part of the Order, connections to the Facility: water supply, sanitary sewage, electricity) and start-up of two automatic 3-stand toilets with dimensions Approx. 4.4 X 2.2 m each (the structure complies with the guidelines contained in Appendix No. 12 to the Swz). The Contractor is obliged to deliver, assemble (including, as part of the Order, make connections to the Facility: water supply, sanitary sewage, electricity) and start three modules - container facilities with a service function, with a usable area of approx. 16m2 each (the building complies with the guidelines contained in Appendix No. 12 to the Swz). The Contractor is obliged to install measuring devices on each connection (electrical, water supply, sanitary sewage) for each facility installed as part of the Task. Within the scope of the Task, the Contractor will apply at its own cost and effort to update the decisions and arrangements that have expired or will become invalid during the performance of the works, by preparing the appropriate documents, making arrangements and obtaining current decisions, arrangements and opinions. Within the scope of the Task, the Contractor shall perform, at his own cost and effort, activities consisting in the preparation of the necessary studies, approval and execution of construction works aimed at removing the conflict between the planned construction project and the existing power infrastructure owned by Energa Operator SA (it is necessary, among other things, to obtain approval of the Concept design). The Contractor shall, at his own cost and effort, perform all activities resulting from the issued decisions, arrangements, permits related to the construction works performed under the subject of the order (e.g. felling trees, removing conflicts with the infrastructure of Energa Operator Sa, Orange Polska Sa). All costs related to the execution of the Works, the execution of arrangements for the duration of the Works, the occupation of the area for the duration of the Works, shall be covered by the Contractor. The Employer informs that as part of the Task, the Contractor is obliged to demolish the facilities within the scope of the study (in accordance with the PZT of the Primary Design of 2017) and to dispose of the resulting waste in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement. The location and parameters of the sanitary sewage pumping station are subject to change - the pumping stations should be located within the Hardened Square (parameters of the pumping station in accordance with the guidelines contained in Appendix No. 12 to the Swz). The Contractor is obliged to have the dimensions of the Sanitary Sewage Well for the System Well Φ400 (location According to Appendix No. 13). The Contractor is obliged to make the barriers in accordance with Appendix No. 14 to the Swz. The Contractor is obliged to make water and sewage connections. And an Additional Power Supply Box (1 Box For 2 Sockets - Each 3-Phase Socket) In accordance with Appendix No. 15 to Swz. The Contractor is obliged to make a water supply system within the Task with pipes of min. Φ63, and a sanitary sewage system in pipes of min. 2% towards the Sanitary Sewage Pumping Station (other parameters of the water supply and sanitary sewage system remain unchanged). The Contractor is obliged to plant the flat area behind the wall along the access to the descent with reed grass (120 pcs.), Stipa Cieniutka (120 pcs.) and dwarf mountain pine (50 pcs.). Vegetation Height Min. 25cm Each. The Contractor is obliged to deliver and assemble (along with the measuring system) the drinking water source in accordance with the template in Appendix No. 8 to the Swz. 4. The Ordering Party allows entrusting the performance of part of the Order to a Subcontractor. The Employer does not reserve the Contractor's obligation to perform the Key Tasks. 5. The Awarding Entity requests that the Contractor indicate in the tender the parts of the Order which will be entrusted to Subcontractors, and provide the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known. 6. The Employer requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ persons under the Employment Contract to perform the following activities during the Order execution: Preparatory works, including demolition works, Surface works related to the laying of concrete pavements, Construction of rainwater and electrical sewage systems and connections And removal of collisions on networks and finishing works on networks and connections and wells, including on networks and connections of water supply and sanitary sewage systems, Works related to the setting of lighting and other works in the field of electricity, Works on the assembly of small architecture objects, Preparatory works, Including demolition and reconstruction of structures, finishing works, works related to planting greenery. 7. During the execution of the Order, the Ordering Party is entitled to perform control activities towards the Contractor regarding the Contractor's or Subcontractor's compliance with the requirement of employment under the Employment Agreement of persons performing the Activities indicated in point 6. The Ordering Party is entitled in particular to: A) Request declarations and documents in the scope of confirmation of compliance with the above. Requirements and their assessment, B) Requesting clarifications in case of doubts regarding the confirmation of compliance with the above. Requirements, C) Carrying out inspections at the place of performance of the service.
