The subject of the performance of the Public Contract is the physical supply of electrical energy to the customer's collection points and individual authorized customers within the meaning of Act No. 458/2000 Coll., On the Conditions of Business and Performance of the State Administration in the Energy Sectors in the Current Wording (hereinafter also referred to as the "Energy Act" ) and Decrees of the Energy Regulatory Office No. 408/2015 Coll., On the Rules of the Electricity Market, as Amended by Later Regulations, and Other Implementing Decrees to the Energy Act (hereinafter Also referred to as "the supply"). The Order Relates to All Buildings Owned by the Municipality Middle boys And Tj Sokol Middle boys.

The route of the solved communication and surrounding public spaces is located in the location Na Ovčín in the village of Středokluky. The Addressed Territory Is Divided Into Two Contiguous Parts Part A Begins At Ke Kinu Street And Ends At The Crossroad With Route B. Part B Begins At The Crossroad At Building Plot No. 72/2 And Ends At The Crossroad With Kladenská Street. In Part B, reconstruction of communication with ramps and retaining walls, construction of lower retaining walls, re-laying of NN cable and construction of communication drainage incl. Street Gutters And Drainage Gutters. Part A deals with communication with individual descents, planting of new greenery, re-routing and new construction of storm sewers incl. Street Gutters, Open and Drainage Gutters. Both parts are supplemented with suitable greenery and road markings.
