The Target of the Request for Tenders is for the Purchaser (municipal Tiera Oy) to procure Direct Search and Suitability Assessment Services. The Customer's goal is to find a Service Provider that is able to offer recruitment services and through whose networks the Customer can find competent professionals, as well as suitability assessment services, with the help of which the success of the recruitment is supported. The Service Provider Offers Implementation According to the Process While Strengthening a Good Applicant Experience and the Subscriber's Positive Employer Brand.

Tiera is looking for a partner to support the planning and implementation of influencer communication, especially in connection with the preparation and decision-making of the changes regarding the status of the affiliated unit of the Procurement Act. The chosen partner must share Tiera's view of affiliated units and their necessity in the future as well. The partner must be able to open doors, clear the way and avoid pitfalls, so that Tiera's message is taken into account in political decision-making.
