In the procurement, a road plan will be drawn up for the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path about 3 km long along Koskentie. The design object is located between Maantien 2260 in Kosken Tl Municipality; Highway 10 - Maijankuja. The project's address in the road register is approximately 2260/6/610–2260/6/3560. A planning agreement has been made with ely-keskus (appendix 1).

In the HVAC contract, cooling radiators with duct work will be installed in the existing air conditioning units of the daycare center completed in 2017. A water cooler will be installed in the yard, which will be piped to the new duct radiators. The customer procures the electrical and building automation works separately. The customer will also make a separate purchase of the concrete base for the water cooler.

In the contract, the Library's Iv machine will be renewed. The ventilation contract includes the demolition and reconstruction of the old ductwork of the ventilation machine room with insulation. The contract also includes the adjustments of the room-specific air volumes of the premises served by the new ventilation machine. The contract also includes the cleaning of the ventilation ducts and terminal equipment of the premises served by the renewable ventilation machine.
