Tenders of Kalundborg Almennyttige Boligselskab Sct Olaiparken, Afd 1506 Og Klosterparken, Afd 1501 V Dab

This Tender Notice applies to the removal tasks tendered for Kalundborg Almennyttige Boligselskab Sct. Olaiparken, Dept. 1506 and Klosterparken, Dept. 1501. Please refer to the tender documents for further information about the departments. The tender for the removal task is carried out as a restricted tender in accordance with sections 58-60 of the Danish Public Procurement Act. The tendered contract is divided into two subcontracts. Bids may be submitted for both contracts. Subcontract 1 concerns the removal of contents for DAB Klosterparken, Dept. 1501 (“klosterparken”) Subcontract 2 concerns the removal of contents for DAB Sct. Olaiparken, Dept. 1506 (“sct. Olaiparken”) Requirements for the task are set out in the tender documents. An economic operator is excluded from participation if the economic operator is covered by one of the mandatory grounds for exclusion in Sections 134 A, 135, subsections 1-3 and 136, subsection 1, nos. 1-4 of the Danish Public Procurement Act. An economic operator is also excluded if the economic operator is covered by one of the voluntary grounds for exclusion in Section 137, subsection 1, nos. 1-2 of the Danish Public Procurement Act. Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 applies accordingly: A contract may not be awarded to the following undertakings, cf. Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 of 8 April 2022 amending Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine: A. Russian nationals or natural or legal persons, entities or bodies established in Russia B. Legal persons, entities or bodies of which an entity referred to in point (A) of this paragraph directly or indirectly owns more than 50%, or C. Natural or legal persons, entities or bodies acting on behalf of or at the direction of an entity referred to in point (A) or (B) of this paragraph. Likewise, subcontractors or supporting entities covered by the above may not be used if the contribution of this actor constitutes more than 10% of the contract value.
