The call for tenders is related to the project "Development of building permits and information" led by the City of Järvenpää and financed by the Ministry of the Environment. Five municipalities are involved in the project. The main applicant and administrator of the project is the Urban Development Department of the City of Järvenpää.

The City of Järvenpää (the client) requests your bid for the Haarajoki Daycare Center and School project. The project includes internal functional changes and the 2nd phase of the yard work. The 1st phase of the yard work has been implemented in 2022. As part of the project, some modifications will also be carried out in the area of the 1st phase of the yard work. In addition, the project includes the implementation of a fire alarm system throughout the property as well as access control, burglar alarm and camera cabling. The security system equipment and fittings are the client's procurement. The client's procurement and contract limits are described in more detail in the tender documents.

The construction contract concerns the construction of the Kinnarinpolku cycle path, located in the Kinnarin district of Järvenpää.
