The subject of the public contract is the supply of chemicals for the Institute of Experimental Botany for the implementation of key activities of the project, the list of which, including technical specifications and the required quantity, is given in Annex No. 4 to the documentation, which also forms a table for filling in bid prices, where the technical parameters of the contracting authority's requirements are also given. The supplier shall fill in the columns marked in yellow. The subject of the public contract is divided into two separate parts in accordance with Section 35 of the Act, and the supplier may submit its bid for any of the parts of the public contract, or may submit its bid for all parts of the public contract.

The Subject of the Public Contract is the Cultivation Chamber. The Subject of the Public Contract, in addition to the Delivery, also includes Installation, Operator Training and Warranty Service. Detailed Technical Specifications Are Given Below See Art. 2, Section 2.2 of This Documentation.
