The contract includes repair work on the control stations of the recycled water system at the Ämmässuo Waste Treatment Center at the old landfill. Recycled water stations Kv1, Kv2 and Kv3 have been damaged due to the subsidence of the landfill. The contract includes, among other things, demolition, jacking and restoration work on the stations, as well as the procurement and installation of new process plumbing pipes. The contract includes conventional earthmoving work. The work will be combined and coordinated with operational suppliers to ensure occupational safety. The site contains landfill gas and landfill leachate, which must be taken into account in the safe performance of the work.

The contract will repair Tunnels 4 and 12 of the Ämmäsuo Composting Plant. The tunnels will be repaired by installing steel plates on top of the concrete floor coating. Before installing the new steel wear plates, the clearly damaged areas of the floor will be chiseled open and the loose broken floor structure will be repaired before installing the steel plates. Any cracks in the walls will be injected.

The Contract Concerns the Structural and Building Services Works Included in the Renovation of the Sortti Station in Ämmässuo, Which Will Be Implemented to the Extent Set Out in the Design Documents. The Contract Includes the Renewal of the Office Building's Ventilation Unit, Renewal of the Cooling Equipment, Renewal of the Plumbing Fixtures, Renewal of the Lighting and Painting of the Wall Surfaces. Two Small Glass Roofs Will Be Demolished on the Exterior of the Building and a New Roof Will Be Built in Their Place. A Refueling Station Including an Oil Separation System Will Be Built in the Exterior Area. In addition, the Contract Includes All Tasks to the Extent Set Out in the Design Documents.
