Contract notice – General guideline, standard arrangements Negotiated procedure with prior publication of a call for competition/negotiated procedure (supplies) Khzg - Digital documentation in anaesthesia and intensive care medicine Pdms/Aims Framework agreement for the procurement of a system for digital documentation in anaesthesia and intensive care medicine - Pdms/Aims ... Morekhzg - Digital documentation in anaesthesia and intensive care medicine Pdms/Aims Framework agreement for the procurement of a system for digital documentation in anaesthesia and intensive care medicine - Pdms/Aims Khzg - Digital documentation in anaesthesia and intensive care medicine Pdms/Aims The clients are: Agaplesion Frankfurter Diakonie Kliniken Ggmbh (Agaplesion Bethanien Krankenhaus Frankfurt and Agaplesion Markus Krankenhaus Frankfurt), Ginnheimer Landstrasse?94, 60487?Frankfurt am Main, registered in the commercial register of the local court of Frankfurt am Main under?12146; Agaplesion Diakonieklinikum Hamburg GmbH, Hohe Weide?17, 20259?hamburg, registered in the commercial register of the Hamburg district court under HRB?20182; Agaplesion Elisabethenstift GmbH, Landgraf-Georg-Straße?100, 64287?darmstadt, registered in the commercial register of the Darmstadt district court under HRB?6100 - hereinafter: Client - The client is planning to procure a system for digital documentation in anesthesia and intensive care medicine Pdms/aims. ?The background to this procurement project is the nationwide KHZG initiative, which supports hospital operators in the digitization of their hospitals. It is therefore a grant-financed project. ?In this case, the client intends to procure a fully electronic patient file for the areas of intensive care medicine and anesthesia (pdms/aims). Values are also to be transferred from medical devices via electronic interfaces. The system should be integrated as well as possible into the Kis Orbis from Dedalus. Current status and target presentation The digital infrastructure in the areas of intensive care/anaesthesiology care has not yet been connected to the electronic patient file due to the complexity of the equipment and processes. There is a media discontinuity between the normal ward and the intensive care area, as the digital fever chart is only implemented in the normal ward, while a paper file is still kept in the intensive care unit. The data from the various monitoring systems (ventilation, monitoring, infusion pumps) is currently transferred manually to the paper file. A Pdms/Aims should transfer this data directly to the electronic intensive care chart. When a patient is transferred from the normal ward to the intensive care unit (and vice versa), all preliminary data can be viewed digitally. The project period, including implementation, should be completed by the end of 2025. The contractor should advise on the implementation of the system and offer the necessary training. Bidders should therefore submit a sample project plan. The client plans to conclude a contract for an initial term of 36 months. The client expressly reserves the right to extend the contract beyond this to the extent permitted by procurement law. The client provides a list of requirements in document B. Specifications. The specifications only contain mandatory criteria. These mandatory criteria must be met by the system offered. Otherwise the offer will be excluded. Tenderers confirm the existence of the mandatory criteria by selecting "available" or "yes", or deny the existence of the mandatory criterion by selecting "not available or in development" or "no". However, the client reserves the right to provisionally accept the plausible explanation of the planned introduction of mandatory criteria that do not yet exist within the KHZG funding period. To this end, tenderers should provide appropriate explanations on the implementation status on a separate sheet. If concepts are expected, these must be drawn up independently by the bidders as self-declarations and attached to the bid.? ?Existing infrastructure? The areas to be equipped are as follows:? Agaplesion Diakonieklinikum Hamburg ?Number of intensive care beds: 14 ?Specialist areas of the intensive care unit: Interdisciplinary occupancy without fixed quotas. Treatment management according to specialist disciplines: Internal medicine (all patients IM01) and anesthesia (CH01-CH06, GY01-02);? ?Number of IMC beds: 10;? ?Number of operating rooms: 10 operating rooms and 2-3 external locations, which are supplied with a mobile device (angio, endo, HKL);? ?Number of inductions: 6 places in a holding (no “induction” available);? ?Number of recovery room spaces: 12 with dual use for repositioning. Note: We want to work with rounds trolleys in the double rooms; for reasons of space, no bedside PCs should be installed there. Agaplesion Elisabethenstift Darmstadt Number of intensive care beds: 10; ?Departments of the intensive care unit: Internal medicine-led, otherwise interdisciplinary;? ?Number of IMC beds: 6; ?Number of operating theaters: 4 procedure rooms (also for surgical interventions);? ?Number of inductions: 4;? ?Number of recovery room spaces: 8.?
