A) Part I of the Order - Purchase of Computer Devices and Software. Order Implemented as part of the "Digital Commune" Grant Project Implemented under the Operational Program Digital Poland for 2014-2020, Priority Axis V Digital Development of Local Government Units and Strengthening Digital Resilience to Threats React-eu Action 5.1 Digital Development of Local Government Units and Strengthening Digital Resilience to Threats. The subject is the Delivery of the following Devices: - Delivery of Laptops - 2 pcs - Delivery of Office Software - 2 pcs. 2. The subject of the Order includes delivery along with transport, assembly, installation with the necessary elements and configuration of the hardware system software. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered equipment be free from physical and legal defects with a minimum warranty period of 24 months. The delivered devices and equipment must be new (unused), the Ordering Party does not allow the delivery of devices and equipment from the exhibition and exhibition. A detailed description and the method of order execution are presented in Attachments No. 5a, 5b to the Swz - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order. The Ordering Party, indicating the designation of a specific manufacturer (supplier) or a specific product in the description of the subject of the order, allows each time equivalent products with quality parameters and functional characteristics at least at the level of the parameters of the indicated product, thus recognizing each product with the indicated or better parameters. In the event that the materials or devices offered by the Contractor are different than those described in the Swz, the obligation to prove that they meet the requirements specified by the Employer in the Documentation rests with the Contractor. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to attach the Price Form together with the confirmation of the parameters of the Offered Equipment to the Offer - in accordance with Appendix No. 1a, 1b to the Swz (depending on the number of parts for which the Offer is submitted). 3.
