This tender concerns the execution of plumbing work in connection with the installation of district heating units when converting to district heating in the municipality of Gladsaxe. In the municipality of Gladsaxe, there are several thousand potential new district heating customers who currently heat their homes with oil or gas. Over the coming years, district heating will be offered to all citizens in the municipality of Gladsaxe, and in this connection, Gentofte Gladsaxe Fjernvarme wants to be able to offer its villa customers a complete house installation, which is settled via a monthly subscription based on actual consumption. The tender is being carried out as a public tender in accordance with the Utilities Directive, cf. Executive Order No. 1078 of 29 June 2022 on the procedures for concluding contracts within the field of water and energy supply, transport and postal services, which means that any suitable tenderer has the right to submit a tender. The Order refers to a certain extent to the rules of the Public Procurement Act, and the tender conditions therefore also contain a reference to the Public Procurement Act (Law No. 10 of 6 January 2023). This framework agreement covers an estimated 5,400 district heating units and a maximum of 7,000 installations, which will be installed in the period May 2025 - 30 April 2033. The estimated and maximum quantity is the client's estimate and the value/quantities are thus indicative. The tendered contract is offered as a framework agreement and is awarded to one supplier. The agreement is exclusive and binding for the client, but the client does not undertake to purchase a specific quantity during the term of the agreement. The contractor is obliged to deliver the orders placed by the client under this framework agreement throughout the term of the agreement.
