Patient portal The subject of the tender is the procurement of a KHZG-compliant patient portal Lot 1 and a discharge and transfer management in Lot 2 as defined by the above funding item, which will be linked to the existing KIS (cgm Medico) via interfaces or direct integration. Lot 1 Patient portal: The introduction of a patient portal is intended to optimize the processes in the areas of digital admission and treatment management for both the patient and the hospital. The discharge and transfer management to downstream service providers is also to be optimized through the introduction of digital brokerage software. The subject matter of the contract includes: provision of the software, implementation/project planning, operation/maintenance/support for a period of 5 years, and training. The options requested must be offered.
