The Entire Work Is To Be Finished In Every Part With A First-class Job To The Full Extent Of The Meaning Of Plans And Specifications. Intent And Application Of The Provisions Of This Section A. The Scope Of Work Covered Within These Specifications Is The Complete Re-routing Of Secondary Electric Line, Internet Cables, Telephone Cables & Cctv Cables, Including Installation Of Emergency Lights & Manual Fire Alarm Bell (phase Ii) Located In Municipal Compound, Zone Ii, Bayambang, Pangasinan. In Case Discrepancies Exist Between This Section And Its Corresponding Elaborated Sections, Notify The Procuring Entity Immediately For Clarification; Their Decision Shall Be Final. E. Material Requirements All Materials Shall Be Brand New And Shall Be Of The Approved Type.
