The subject of the Order is the provision of services in the field of protection of persons and property in the facility of the Małopolskie Ośrodek Ruchu Drogowego in Krakow at ul. Nowohucka 33a, carried out on site by qualified security personnel, remote video surveillance of the facility, supervision of the robbery, burglary and fire notification system, monitoring of the alarm system (at the Contractor's monitoring center) and arrivals of intervention groups. The detailed scope of the Subject of the Order has been specified in § 1 Sec. 1-2, § 3 Para. 1-4 of the Contract Template Constituting Appendix No. 4 to the Swz and in Appendix No. 5 to the SPZ (Appendix No. 1 to the Contract Template). The planned minimum total number of man-hours for the entire period covered by the agreement, constituting the basis for calculating the Contractor's remuneration in the field of physical protection carried out on site, is: 3458. The maximum number of man-hours referred to in the preceding sentence is 4495 man-hours, the Employer reserves the right to amend the Agreement in terms of days /hours of work of physical protection, depending on the organization of the Centre's work, within the Maximum Number of Man-Hours provided for above. The Ordering Party will allow the provision of physical protection services by given security employees, provided that they are physically fit, adequate to the tasks they perform. Physical fitness must be confirmed by passing a fitness test by a given security employee in accordance with the Krzysztof Zuchora Physical Fitness Index, within the last 3 months before taking security measures at the Employer's and obtaining a Good result. The Ordering Party reserves the right to verify the physical fitness of a given Security Agent by conducting a test at the Ordering Party's premises.
