Delivering Ngc2 Will Require Process Innovation Across Requirements, Resourcing, Acquisition And Contracting. the Characteristics Of Need, Available Separately On Sam.gov And Now Includes A Public Netmodx Update, Are Reflected In An Open Architecture, Organized As A Set Of Independent Layers That Rely On Government Approved, Non-proprietary Apis To Interface And Dialogue Between Them.
