9. Far 52.212-2, Evaluation-commercial Products And Commercial Services (nov 2021),
(a) The Government Will Award A Contract Resulting From This Solicitation To The Responsible Offeror Whose Offer Conforming To The Solicitation Will Be Most Advantageous To The Government, Price And Other Factors Considered. The Following Factors Shall Be Used To Evaluate Offers:
(i) Price;
(ii) Technical Capability To Meet The Government Requirement
(iii) Past Performance (see Far 15.304)
the Evaluation Factors Are In In Descending Order Of Importance.

(a) Definitions. As Used In This Clause –

Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
