Bcp Council Requires A Supplier To Provide A Full Public Address System For Major Events Including Bournemouth Air Festival; To Include The Necessary Horn Speakers, Amplifiers, Cabling And Commentary Unit, Along With Having An On-site Presence And Out Of Hours Call Out, To React To Pa Issues During The Event. The Contract Will Be For One Year With The Option To Extend Annually For A Further Four Years. (1+1+1+1+1). Therefore, If All Extensions Are Taken The Full Length Of The Contract Would Be For Five Years. The Anticipated Start Date Of The Contract Is 1st August 2023.
