The Scope Of Work For This Project Involves The Replacement Of Two (2) Mid-efficiency Raypak Boilers That Have Reached The End Of Their Operational Lifespan. These Existing Boilers, Which Are Sizable And Occupy A Significant Portion Of The Mechanical Room, Are Connected To Large Flue Pipes That Extend Through The Roof. Additionally, A 3-inch Gas Pipe In The Mechanical Room Supplies Both The Heating Boilers And A Domestic Hot Water Tank. The Objective Is To Replace The Existing Boilers With New High-efficiency Instantaneous Boilers.
