Description: 1. The subject of the Order, as part of the Task "Construction and reconstruction of Light Points in the City of Mława", is the Delivery and Installation of 52 Light Points (solar and wind) in the following Streets: Zacisze (5 pcs.), Kryształowa (11 pcs.), Dudzińskiego (3 pcs.), Błękitna (8 pcs.), Twardowski (3 pcs.), Szymanowski (6 pcs.) and Krajewo (5 pcs.) in Mława in the locations indicated by the Ordering Party. The scope of the Order includes the delivery and installation of 52 Hybrid (solar-wind) street lamps with the following specifications: 1) Wind Turbine 400w - 5 or 6 Blades With Electrical Protection, Start At 2 M/s; 2) Solar panels 2 X 280w; 3) Led luminaire with a total power consumption of 50 watts, a luminous flux of the luminaire 6800 lm, on a 1-meter long arm with the possibility of rotation around the axis of the pole in the range of 360 degrees and adjustable angle of inclination, mounted at a height of at least 6.0 m; 4) Galvanized steel mast with a minimum height of 6.5 M; 5) Foundation footing made taking into account the weight and surface area of the Hybrid System; 6) Control Cabinet With 2 X 165ah Gel Batteries And Regulators On Top Of Mast With 360 Degree Rotation Around Pole Axis; 7) Autonomy Min. 3 Days; 8) Warranty - 3 Years. All 52 lamps should be of the same model, appearance and parameters. The price should also include on-site service for the lamp location throughout the warranty period, in the event of their malfunction. 2. Performing additional accompanying activities: 1) Bringing the area affected by the investment during its implementation to the condition as before the commencement of works, 2) Removal and disposal of excess soil, rubble and elements not suitable for re-incorporation, 3) Cost of geodetic services with Geodetic As-built Inventory, 4) The cost of on-site service of lamps location throughout the Guarantee Period, in the event of their malfunction, 5) Preparatory works (e.g. Securing the Construction Site, Setting up facilities and equipment necessary for the implementation of the subject of the Order, Protection of existing facilities against damage ), 6) Demolition and reconstruction works - concrete and openwork cubes in ul. Dudzińskiego, 7) It is the Contractor's responsibility to prepare complete acceptance documentation in order to confirm its readiness for use. above The Contractor performs the activities on his own without additional remuneration. For the purposes of the Order, the Contractor shall secure the Supply of Energy (and Other Media, if any) on its own. Any accompanying works should be included in the general construction costs. Note: In the event that the Ordering Party used in the description of the subject of the Order Trademarks, Patents or Origin, Source or a specific process that characterizes the Products or Services provided by a specific Contractor, they should be understood as exemplary minimum parameters expected by the Ordering Party. The Employer allows the use of equivalent solutions approved for use in construction. In the event that the Employer has referred to the Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications and Technical Reference Systems referred to in Art. 101 Para. 1 Item 2 And Sec. 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer indicates that they should be understood as exemplary. The Ordering Party, Pursuant to Art. 101 Para. 4 of the Public Procurement Law allows, in each case, the use of equivalent solutions described in the contents of the SPZ together with the Annexes. Each time a standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification or Reference System referred to in Art. 101 Para. 1 Item 2 And Sec. 3 of the Public Procurement Law, it should be assumed that the wording "or equivalent" has been used in relation to it. The Contractor who, at the Contract Implementation Stage, refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the Deliveries, Services or Construction Works offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Employer. The subject of the Order should comply with the provisions of law and relevant standards, as well as with the technical requirements in force on the Final Acceptance Date. The Contractor is obliged to comply with applicable standards and legal provisions applicable to the performed works. 3. Conditions for the Works 1) The Contractor shall provide conditions enabling the proper performance of construction and assembly works, and shall include the related costs in the remuneration. 2) Within 7 Calendar Days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, the Contractor is obliged to submit the Material and Financial Schedule of the Works to the Employer. The material and financial schedule should specify the sequence of the Works carried out. In the event that the Employer finds it necessary to update the Material-Financial Schedule for the Works, the Contractor is obliged to update it each time within 7 Working Days from the Employer's instruction at the latest. 3) The Employer shall hand over the Construction Site to the Contractor for execution, and the Contractor shall: A. Organize the Temporary Construction Facilities on the Site designated for the Task, B. The costs of equipping the Construction Site along with the supply of water and electricity shall be charged to the Contractor and should be included in the lump sum remuneration . 4) The Employer does not provide for any additional remuneration for: A. Construction Supervision and Property Protection, B. Development of the Construction Site. The Contractor should include the costs for the above-mentioned elements in the lump sum remuneration. 5) Under the Agreement, the Contractor is obliged to perform and maintain, throughout the entire period of performance of the subject of the order, marking and securing the place of the works carried out, in accordance with applicable regulations, without additional remuneration. The Contractor shall bear all the consequences caused by improper marking (and its maintenance) and securing the work site during the implementation as well as during breaks in the works carried out towards the Employer, as well as third parties. The Contractor will bear civil liability towards third parties for any events resulting from his fault during the implementation of the entire subject of the contract. 6) The Contractor is obliged to perform the full scope of works, which is necessary from the point of view of agreements and opinions, legal regulations, technical knowledge and construction art, in order to achieve the final effect specified as the subject of the contract, i.e. perform the task regardless of the difficulties and unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the execution of the task. 7) The Contractor is obliged to: A. Provide safe organization of vehicular and pedestrian traffic along with legible and visible markings, B. Observe the OHS and Fire Regulations. During the Works Implementation, C. Organize a temporary place for depositing the spoil generated during the Works, and after the Works are completed, restore the Construction Site to its original condition, D. Carry out systematic cleaning works in the Construction Site area during the Construction Period, and maintain the Road layouts in the construction area in a proper technical condition and cleanliness, E. adopt the technology and organization of works that will not cause devastation of the facilities located in the vicinity of the construction site, access roads and completed works. 8) The Contractor is obliged to remove and develop the excess soil at his own cost and effort, and also to a legal landfill, landfill or scrapyard, of construction waste and garbage. 9) Employees of companies not operating on the basis of subcontracting or further subcontracting contracts approved by the Employer may not be present at the Construction Site. 10) In order to make Partial Acceptances or Individual Elements (elements to be covered), which should be reported to the Employer for Acceptance, the Contractor shall notify the Employer of this intention 3 Business Days before the Scheduled Acceptance. Technical Parameters of Materials, Equipment and Products used for the execution of the order and the equipment may not be lower than those specified in this specification,
