Banedanmark currently has tailor-made applications for displaying traffic information as well as monitoring, logging and configuring traffic information equipment (hardware), including screens on platforms that inform passengers about which trains are departing and when. The applications use, among other things, the following technologies: Node.js, Mariadb, Zabbix, Debian 12 and .net. The purpose of the tendered contract is to ensure ongoing maintenance and support for the applications, as well as further development of the applications, if this becomes necessary. Prior to these services, a transition will take place, which, among other things, means that the future supplier must establish a maintenance and development environment, so that the supplier is able to carry out maintenance and development tasks on the applications. The tendered contract includes the following main services: A) Transition In: The supplier must carry out the transition in, which includes, among other things, knowledge transfer from the existing supplier and the customer, review of documentation and the configuration of the applications, as well as setting up cooperation organizations and processes. B) Support for applications: The supplier must provide 2nd line support for the applications. Support is understood to mean simple questions for the applications by email or telephone from the customer and the customer's subcontractors. C) Maintenance of applications: The supplier must provide maintenance of the applications, including error correction, recommendations for preventing and minimizing the possibility of errors, as well as improving the operation of the applications. D) Further development of applications: The supplier must provide further development of the applications based on the customer's updated business requirements. The tender is carried out as a tender with negotiation in accordance with the Utilities Directive.
