The framework agreement includes the following deliveries on the railway infrastructure maintained by Banedanmark: • Track review and installation of track boards as well as submission of track reports with data for use in maintenance adjustment • Track review and submission of geometry report for the track geometry project • Administrative track review • Special projects – measurement and calculation of track geometry, measurement of track distance, port track measurement, random check of track boards upon handover from the facility, platform measurement and measurement of long-wave errors • U-space measurement (manual) • Measurement with measuring trolley on sections with V>200 km/h Reference is also made to the framework agreement including annexes for further information on the tasks covered by the tender. The work is expected to be distributed continuously over the entire contract period, and the individual years are expected to be relatively similar in terms of quantity. However, it is expected that Banedanmark will have a greater need in the first 12-18 months of the term of the framework agreement than in the remaining part of the term of the framework agreement due to the "Track Geometry Project" (see Appendix 2.2), which is to be completed by early 2027 at the latest.

In accordance with the rules of Directive 2014/25/EU (the Utilities Directive implemented by Order No. 1078 of 29 June 2022 on the procedures for the award of contracts in the water and energy supply, transport and postal services sectors), a framework agreement is being offered] concerning track rods.
