Description: Competition announcement – general guidelines, competition restricted procedure (services) Competition for the extension of the Wiesbaden Museum Architectural competition for the extension of the Wiesbaden State Museum Competition for the extension of the Wiesbaden Museum The Wiesbaden Museum is located in the Hessian state capital Wiesbaden and is one of the five Hessian state museums. The museum combines art and nature and spans the spectrum from natural history objects to the present day. On an exhibition area of 7,400 square meters, the State Museum brings together the art collections, including exhibits from the Old Masters, Classical Modernism, Modernism and Contemporary Art, and the permanent exhibition of the Natural History Collections. Against the background of a growing need for space, particularly for exhibition and storage space, and existing functional incongruities in museum operations, an extension to the State Museum is being planned. The area required for the extension was set at around 3,000 square metres Nuf 1-6. Given the special location, the necessary sensitive integration into the listed building stock and the compact building area available, intensive investigations and coordination of possible development options were carried out in advance with the parties involved. Taking all of the findings into account, the design task focuses on a building site in the south courtyard of the existing building. The new extension is to be built at this location as an independent extension to the existing museum building and will fit into the surrounding area, taking into account monument protection and urban planning restrictions. The concept requires a well thought-out vertical and horizontal distribution of uses, precise connections and networking with the existing building and a clever organisation of the areas. The promoter is planning to hold a planning competition to find the best design and technical-conceptual solutions for this demanding task. The competition is a restricted, single-phase competition in accordance with RPW 2013 in the version published by the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development on January 31, 2013 with the announcement of February 22, 2013 and the changes and information announced by the Hmdf decree of December 20, 2018. The results of the implementation competition will be incorporated into the subsequent negotiation procedure in accordance with the additional information under "purpose". The award of the following services is to take place as part of a negotiated procedure without a participation competition in accordance with Section 14 Paragraph 4 No. 8 VGV after the implementation competition: As part of the VGV procedure, the services for the building object planning (lph 1 (pro rata) - 9 Section 34 Hoai 2021) are to be awarded. The contract is awarded in stages in accordance with the Rbbau contract template and subject to the budgetary approval of the State of Hesse and provided that there is no important reason to prevent the award. The Committee for Procurement and Competition of the Chamber of Architects and Urban Planners of Hesse was involved in the preparation and announcement of the competition in an advisory capacity. It Is A Large-scale New England Crossing Of About 37,561 Gsf And Operates 24/7 At The Terminus Of Interstate 95 (i-95) And Occupies 7.8 Acres. The Corresponding Canadian Border Station Is Woodstock Station, New Brunswick, Ca. The Lpoe Facility Consists Of A Group Of Four (4) Buildings, Constructed In 1985. The Main Port Building, Cbp Commercial Inspection Building And Fda/gsa/aphis Building Are Owned And Maintained By The Gsa. The Nii Building Is Maintained By Cbp, But Gsa Has Ultimate Custody And Control Of That Structure. The Buildings Are Not Eligible To Be Listed On The National Register Of Historic Places.
the Facility Was Constructed In 1985 And Is 39 Years Old. In 2015, An Extra Field Investigation (efi) Study Determined That There Are Substantial Repairs Needed To The Entire Exterior Envelope. In The Years Since The Completion Of The Study, The Exterior Walls And Window Systems Have Further Deteriorated. The 2015 Study Only Provided The Assessment Of Envelope-related Systems.
in 2018, A Facility Assessment Report (far) Was Conducted Providing A More Thorough Study Of All Building, Systems, Land And Structures Identified In The Scope. Im Abschnitt U5 Ost (bramfeld - City Nord) Sind Auf Einer Strecke Von Rund 5,8 Kilometern Insgesamt Vier Neubauhaltestellen Geplant. Der Abschnitt Der U5 Mitte Schließt An Die Haltestelle City Nord An Und Führt Über Die Innenstadt Bis Zu Den Arenen. Auf Einer Strecke Von Ca. 19,1 Kilometern Länge Sind Hier Mit Stand Vorplanung Insgesamt 18 Haltestellen Geplant. Die Haltestelle Stephansplatz Liegt Im Zentrum Der Stadt Hamburg Und Im Mittleren Abschnitt Der Linie U5. Das Neue Haltestellenbauwerk Der U5 Wird Südöstlich Des Bahnhofes Dammtor In Einem Städtebaulich/ Landschaftsplanerisch Und Denkmalfachlich Hochbedeutenden Kontext Im Bereich Des Dag-hammarskjöld-platzes, Der Parkanlage Planten Un Blomen Und Der Straße Dammtordamm Liegen Und In Nord-süd-richtung Orientiert Sein. Es Erschließt Unter Anderem Den Bereich Um Den Bahnhof Dammtor. Neben Dem Übergang Zur U-bahn-linie U1 Ist Der Bahnhof Dammtor Mit S-bahn, Regional- Und Fernverkehrsverbindungen Über Ausgangsanlagen An Der Oberfläche Zu Erreichen. Zum Zeitpunkt Dieser Bekanntmachung Stehen Zwei Verschiedene Varianten Hinsichtlich Der Konkreten Räumlichen Ausgestaltung Der Neuen Haltestelle Im Raum. Im Wesentlichen Unterscheiden Sich Die Varianten Hinsichtlich Des Baulichen Umfangs Und Den Geschätzten Baukosten. Eine Abschließende Entscheidung Darüber, Welche Variante Letztendlich Umgesetzt Wird Und Damit Auch Den Auftrag Des Angestrebten Wettbewerbsverfahrens Darstellt, Wird Für Anfang 2025 Erwartet Und Im Rahmen Des Versands Der Auslobungsunterlagen Den Ausgewählten Planungsteams Mitgeteilt. Gegenstand Des Vorliegenden Wettbewerbsverfahrens Ist Die Planung Des Gesamten Raumbildenden Ausbaus Für Die Geplante U-bahn-haltestelle Stephansplatz Auf Grundlage Des Vorentwurfs Sowie Der Freiraumplanerische Entwurf Für Die Umliegenden/angrenzenden Freianlagen. Zu Der Planung Des Raumbildenden Ausbaus Zählen Die Gestaltung Der Öffentlichen Bereiche Der Bahnsteigebene, Der Schalterhallenebenen, Sowie Der Treppenaufgänge Und Aufzüge Mit Allen Verbindungswegen Zu Den Ausgangsanlagen. Hierbei Ist Ggf. Auch Der Erhalt Des Ausgangsbauwerks Von Karl Schneider Aus Den 1920er Jahren Zu Berücksichtigen, Ein Wichtiges Beispiel Des Neuen Bauens In Hamburg. Derzeit Befindet Sich Noch In Abstimmung, Ob Weitere Angrenzende Straßenräume In Die Planung Mit Einbezogen Werden Sollen. Bei Der Bearbeitung Der Aufgabe Sind Bestimmte Vorgegebene Rahmenbedingungen Zu Beachten. Dazu Zählt Z. B. Der Automatisierte Betrieb Der U5 Mit Bahnsteigtüren (platform Screen Doors) An Den Bahnsteigen. Die Ausloberin Und Die Freie Und Hansestadt Hamburg Erwarten Eine Lösung, Die Ein Hohes Maß An Sicherheit, Nutzerfreundlichkeit Und Komfort Und Eine Hohe Gestaltungsqualität Mit Hoher Wirtschaftlichkeit Und Dem Bei Öffentlichen Bauvorhaben Gebotenen Verantwortungsvollen Umgang Mit Finanzmitteln Verbindet. Die Hochbahn Hat In Zusammenarbeit Mit Hadi Teherani Architects, Hamburg, Und In Enger Abstimmung Mit Der Freien Und Hansestadt Hamburg Grundlegende Gestaltungs- Und Konstruktionsprinzipien Für Die Raumbildenden Ausbauten Aller Stationen Der U5 Erarbeitet Und In Einem Zweiteiligen Gestaltungshandbuch Zusammengefasst. Diese Prinzipien Bilden Den Gestalterischen Rahmen Für Die Neubauhaltestellen Der U5 Und Sollen Von Den Planern In Konkrete Entwürfe Übersetzt Werden. Sie Bieten Den Planern Dabei Angemessene Freiheiten Und Spielräume Für Eigene Gestaltungsideen Und Interpretationen. Das Gestaltungshandbuch Für Die Neubauhaltestellen Der U5 Erfasst Die Beim Neubau Der Haltestelle Stephansplatz Zu Berücksichtigenden Speziellen Anforderungen Nur Teilweise. Design And Build De Voorliggende Opdracht Betreft Een Design And Build Opdracht Waarbij Zowel De Globale Ontwerpopdracht Architectuur-stabiliteit-installatietechnieken-buiteninfrastructuur, Alsook De Eigenlijke Realisatie Tot En Met De Definitieve Oplevering Aan Één Opdrachtnemer Wordt Toegewezen. Gelet Op Het Complexe Gegeven Om Een Chemisch Laboratorium In Een Design&build-context Te Realiseren Met Een Korte Doorlooptermijn, Wil Het Bestuur Zich Verzekeren Van Een Competent En Op Elkaar Ingespeeld Basisprojectteam Dat Doorheen Het Hele Project Identiek Blijft. Voor Deze Kandidaatstelling Wordt Dus Gevraagd Naar Een Bindende (zie Verder) Opgave Van De Voorgaande 4 Basisprojectteamleden, Onder Welke Samenwerkingsvorm Dan Ook (combinatie Van Twee Of Meerdere Van De Basisprojectteamleden, Waarbij De Voorkeur Van Het Bestuur Minimaal Uitgaat Naar Een Combinatie Van De Algemeen Aannemer En De Aannemer Hvac; Onderaanneming Waarbij Men In Voorkomend Geval Beroep Doet Op De Draagkracht; Mengvorm Van De Twee Voorgaande Opties, ..). Alle Andere Aanvullende Projectteamleden (ingenieur Stabiliteit, Veiligheidscoördinator, Ebp,…) Kunnen In Een Later Stadium Betrokken Worden En Dienen Dus Niet In Deze Kandidaatstelling Opgenomen Te Worden. Het Voorgestelde Basisprojectteam Kan, Eens Het Is Geselecteerd En Wordt Uitgenodigd Om Een Offerte In Te Dienen, Niet Meer Gewijzigd Worden, Noch Tijdens De Eigenlijke Onderhandelingsprocedure, Noch Tijdens De Uitvoering Van De Opdracht.
