The subject of this public contract is the supply of a new Micro Ed-xrf system enabling non-destructive elemental analysis of small and large samples / objects over a large area at high spatial resolution, which can be applied to a wide range of materials (metals, ceramics, slags, glasses, soils, etc.), including sensitive and valuable archaeological finds without the need for sampling or other forms of damage to them.
