The Building Provides Storage Units For Sports Equipment And Grounds Maintenance Equipment Plus Storage For The Town Council. It Also Provides A Workshop And Club House For The Local Community. The Construction Is A Brick And Block With Eco-therm Cavity Insultation Within The Cavity Around The Workshop. The Remaining Cavity Walls Are Left Empty. The Roof Is Slate To Match The Pavilion. The External Works Are To Have A Grasscrete Between The Pavilion Car Park And The New Building, Plus Path Around The Building.
