Brownfield Housing Fund: Programme Evaluation-The CA wish to appoint a suitability qualified external consultant (or external consultancy agency) to evaluate the Brownfield Housing Fund Programme. This will be structured around an Interim Report and a Final Report both of which will be submitted electronically and include aspects of process, impact and value for money, alongside broader strategic aims and achievements.
