The invitation to tender includes the delivery of Equipment vocational subjects for Jessheim Sixth Form College. The value of the contract is approx. NOK 2,300,000 excluding VAT. General information about the project The contracting authority hereby calls for tenders for the delivery of The client hereby invites to a competition for broadband development in a limited area in Viken County. Broadband with a minimum of 100/10 Mbps must be offered to all permanent residents in defined areas that do not already have established this a service. The areas to be developed are further specified in Annex 5 - Address and map basis. Cf. Chapter D Description/Requirements Specification.

Viken County, Entrepreneurship and Trade-Orientated Competence Department, Trade and Dental Health Advice Area, intends to enter into a collaboration with Kongsberg Innovasjon AS for the delivery of models for the Competence Pilots in Viken project in the Entrepreneurship and Trade-Orientaetd Competence Department. This project is geographically limited to the district municipalities that were in the old Buskerud County, Hallingal, Numedal, Rollag, and Central Buskerud. The contracting authority believes that these services can only be provided by the chosen supplier, also based on previous tender contests.

Viken County would like to procure a digital system that can handle cleaning plans for 67 entities (sixth form colleges and county hall). The system must make cleaning, cleaning plans, quality controls, and quality assurance of the processes more efficient.

Viken County would like to procure a general form solution, that is able to produce the simplest digital form as well as the most advanced forms. The county need advanced functionality and high user-friendliness, so that advanced functionality can be implemented easily in the individual form. The need for forms is broad and must be able to cover all of Viken's service areas. For further details see the tender documentation.
