This includes renewal of all technical systems such as heating, ventilation, electrical, automation and, not least, the sprinkler system throughout most of the building. There is also a requirement regarding the separation of surface water and waste water, which will be carried out along with the other measures. As follows from this technical upgrade, it is also intended to carry out various construction measures.

The College Also Offers Adult Education. The Total Site Area Is Approx. 79,402 M2. The Existing Buildings On The Site Are Approx. 13,762 M2 Gross Split Between Two Separate Buildings, The Main Building With Wings A, B, C, And D, And Lørenskoghallen, In Addition To A Free-standing Transformer.
